Description

Winged Beans also contains minerals such as Sodium, calcium, Phosphorus, Selenium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper and Iron. It s good for your eyes, controls diabetes, reduces headaches and is a good medicine for cramps. What’s even better it is known to slow the ageing process!

Here’s how to make a perfect soup with Winged Beans.

What You Need

  • 200g of Tender winged beans
  • 150g of Green peas
  • 2 Red onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Harischandra Spices
  • 1 teaspoon of Chickpeas flour
  • Ginger
  • 10 Pepper seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Coriander seeds
  • ½ teacup of Coconut Milk
  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1: Boil the green peas. Cut the winged beans into thin slices and add the Harischandra spices, Chickpea flour, onions and garlic.

Step 2: Blend the winged beans and the boiled green peas in a blender.

Step 3: Boil the mixture in a pan after adding pepper, cumin and coriander seeds.

Step 4: Add the coconut milk to the boiling mix and also add salt at the end.

Step 5: Serve in soup bowls and enjoy!
