Here’s how to make a perfect soup with Winged Beans.
What You Need
- 200g of Tender winged beans
- 150g of Green peas
- 2 Red onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Harischandra Spices
- 1 teaspoon of Chickpeas flour
- Ginger
- 10 Pepper seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Coriander seeds
- ½ teacup of Coconut Milk
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1: Boil the green peas. Cut the winged beans into thin slices and add the Harischandra spices, Chickpea flour, onions and garlic.
Step 2: Blend the winged beans and the boiled green peas in a blender.
Step 3: Boil the mixture in a pan after adding pepper, cumin and coriander seeds.
Step 4: Add the coconut milk to the boiling mix and also add salt at the end.
Step 5: Serve in soup bowls and enjoy!
