Description

Roti is a quick meal – and easy to prepare. Baked on a hot griddle like thin flat cakes, this is a heart warming dish that is loved by all.

What You Need

  • Harischandra Roti Mixture
  • 185ml (about 1 tea cup) of water
  • Onion, green chilies and curry leaves
  • Lunu miris to serve with

Method

Step 1: Empty contents of Harischandra Roti Mixture in to a bowl.

Step 2: Add 185ml (about 1 tea cup) of water little by little while making dough mixture. You can also add finely chopped onion, green chilies and curry leaves to the dough mixture.

Step 3: Take portions from the dough; round and flatten.

Step 4: Bake flattened roti using a flat pan.

Step 5: Serve prepared delicious roti with lunu miris.
