What You Need
- Harischandra Hopper Mix
- Coconut milk
- Lunu Miris to serve
Method
Step 1: Empty contents of Harischandra Hopper Mix in to a bowl.
Step 2: Add two tea cups of coconut milk (2nd extract) and mix in to a thick dough.
Step 3: Keep for 15 minutes. Add 1 and 1/2 tea cups of thick coconut milk (1st extract).
Step 4: Keep for another 15 minutes.
Step 5: Your instant hopper mixture is now ready for making delicious hoppers.
